HeyLocate creates comprehensive instructions to answer readers’ questions and solve their problems: from how to use certain smartphone features to what software can help address users’ needs.

How we create “How-to” instructions:

At the beginning of the instruction, we immediately give the reader a direct answer to the main question, and then provide a detailed step-by-step guide on how to do it. We personally test each method on our own devices, mentioning the precise model and OS of the used devices.

Free options: First and foremost, we provide a detailed step-by-step description of actions that can be performed independently and free of charge to solve the specified problem. Usually, we add screenshots of each step on smartphones/computers that we took during our own testing of the methods.

Paid options: If there are paid services/apps that can help solve a particular problem better, faster, or with additional options, we may also add them as an alternative method. These are services/apps that we have already checked and tested personally. We do not encourage readers to purchase them, but we outline the main pros and cons of each option.
