We’ve conducted our own small investigation, and here’s what we’ve got:

• Domain Check:
  First, we conducted an IP search to find out the website’s domain registration date, its last update, and if it’s still active. A domain is important because it builds trust, credibility, and brand identity for businesses and organizations online.
  As for the AccountViewer, its domain was registered on September 3, 2024; updated on November 26, 2024, and should be renewed only on September 3, 2025. It means the name is registered, paid for, and the website is available and working online.
• SSL Certificate:
  As for the AccountViewer’s Instagram SSL certificate, it is also valid, which signifies that the connection to Instagram through this service is secure and encrypted, protecting data from being seen or tampered with by others.

How AccountViewer Works

To start using AccountViewer, first, we visited their website: https://accountviewer.org. Then we logged in to our account. If you’re a new user, you should create an account and choose your subscription plan.

Alternatively, you can select your plan right away by tapping the Try now button and entering the username of the profile you want to monitor.

After completing the payment, you will unlock all the features that include:

• Stories view (all the stories on the account, including the expired and deleted ones);

• Following (who is followed by this account);
• New posts (all the recent posts on the account);
• Content (all the posts on the account);
• Hot Likes (all the recent likes on the accounts’ posts);
• Likes (all the likes on the accounts’ posts);
• Comments (all the comments under the accounts’ posts);
• Tagged Photos (all the posts on which the account has been tagged).

Unfortunately, you can only view one account at a time. In case you want to keep track of multiple profiles, you should either expand your subscription (one subscription = one account) or replace the previous profile with a new one.

All the features functioned really well (view the following sections for more details). However, the time for profile analysis varies for each account. It strongly depends on whether the account is public (you will receive the information within 24 hours at most) or private (the analysis period can take up to a month), as well as your internet connection.

Overall, reports on public and private IG profiles look similar. Thus, what you’ll see further in the public account report can be expected to be viewed in the private profile report, and vice versa.

View Public IG account

The process of viewing a public account was seamless and extremely quick. We entered the name of the target account (you can also paste the account’s link) and obtained all the information in each section immediately. The procedure was completely intuitive; we simply clicked the tab of interest and received our answers in a moment.

The general information is represented on the dashboard; however, you can click on each tab individually and get more explicit data.

So, the Stories view option showed us the most recent stories that were published on the account. Each story could be opened and viewed separately.

Followers presented a list of the people who recently followed the account and the data when they did so. The account of the follower could not be opened from this list, which, in our opinion, is inconvenient since you have to copy the username and look for it on Instagram by yourself.

Then, Following showed all the people who were followed by the account’s owner. Neither this list allowed opening the following profiles.

In our case, the account hasn’t had new posts for a while, so there was no information in that section.

Finally, Likes, Hot Likes, Comments, and Tagged Photos worked appropriately and showed relevant information: username and the date. The accounts of the users couldn’t be accessed directly from the website.

Private Instagram Viewer

When it came to the private Instagram profile, the process was the same; however, the wait was way longer. In fact, the period of acquiring access is unpredictable and can last up to a month. Nevertheless, during this time, AccountViewer sent us emails reminding us that they continue trying to access the target account.

At last, after three weeks of waiting, we got the report about the activity of the private IG profile. Some sections were discovered completely, while the others were still pending and empty. Still, it may depend on the overall account activity.

For instance, we were able to see the person’s posts (each post could be opened individually, revealing the date and time it was posted). However, if it is a photo gallery in one post, the service shows only the first image, so you won’t get the full understanding of what is inside.

Additionally, we could see their followers and followings, the date they joined or were followed. However, we could not open those profiles within the website.

AccountViewer Pricing

This Instagram AccountViewer tool has various pricing plans based on the time length. The 1-month package costs $99 per month, the 3-month package is worth $69 per month, and the 12-month package’s value is $25 per month.

The payment types include Google Pay, debit or credit card, and crypto.

Discounts for new and regular users may be available and vary by individual. To determine your eligibility, contact the company through their support chat or email.

As you can see in the image above, the most advantageous option, where you can get a discount, is a yearly subscription for only $25 a month — again, for viewing one IG account. The discount doesn’t apply to the additional account, though, resulting in $50 per month. Obviously, it’s better to buy another subscription for $25 or just replace IG accounts within one subscription.

Free Trials Availability

The company’s policies stated that “Subscription to the Accountviewer Service may begin with a $0.99 trial period, during which you can try out the Service for 1 (one) day from the date you place the order”.

Additionally, we found another claim implying that the trial should be occasionally available: “From time to time, we offer free trials to new users, as well as regular discounts on our packages.”

However, at the time of our review, the support team confirmed that there was no option of getting any kind of trial.

Refund Terms

Accountviewer’s refund policy allows a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase if technical difficulties can’t be resolved by support.

Refunds don’t apply to renewals, upgrades, additional subscriptions, or personal reasons.

No refund is given if the device doesn’t meet compatibility requirements, loses connection, or if the user refuses help or ignores instructions. Inactive accounts (over 45 days) are also not eligible.
